Software we own and run. Some of it is on a store, some of it runs a business we operate, and some of it is a folder of small programs that make a day less annoying.

Loquela

A complete Android keyboard with private voice typing.

Speech to text that can run entirely on the device, so dictation never has to leave the phone. A full keyboard underneath it: autocorrect, themes, and granular privacy controls.

Voice typing runs on-device by default. You pick the speech model, and you can see and control what leaves the phone.

It is a real keyboard, not a dictation bolt-on. Autocorrect, theming, and layout work are first-class.

AI Acquisitions Runtime

Locally run AI workflows for real estate wholesale.

Custom-trained models and orchestration that research a property, price it, package it, and route it to the buyer most likely to close. Built to run on our own hardware rather than rented API calls.

Pulls comps, assesses condition, factors repairs, and produces a deal package a human can actually check.

Outreach is email and SMS today. Everything stays reviewable by an operator before it goes out.

Stage one is an internal operator tool. Stage two is hosted software for other acquisitions teams.

Small Tools

Small programs that do one useful thing well.

A growing set of non-AI utilities built to scratch our own itches, then cleaned up enough to hand to someone else. No frameworks, no accounts, no telemetry.

These come out of real work. Something is annoying, we write the smallest program that fixes it, then we keep it.

Write-ups and downloads go up here as each one gets documented.
